Modern 5 at Central Park is a new development near beautiful downtown Tulsa. Located at 1015 E 8th Street, it offers state of the art appliances, creative flare, and perhaps the most modern architecture in the city. Two of Tulsa’s finest business men came together in this endeavor to creative a living experience like no other found locally; Doug Campbell and Charlie Cohlmia are partnered together on the Modern 5 project.
Mr. Cohlmia was a former client of ours and much to our gratitude, thought of us again for this project. We held an initial discovery meeting with him to discuss his plans and goals for the Modern 5 development. He and Mr. Campbell later supplied us with valuable photos and detailed plans to help create a design that showcases their unique architecture and living spaces.
